Advertising on the PowersportsWA website
All advertisements to sell your quad bike, watercraft or motorcycle, are placed at a cost to you of 1% of your original asking price. For example a $5000 quad will only cost you $50 to advertise with us. The quad or motorcycle you are selling, must be owned by you, and have no outstanding credit or finance on it. It must also be free from any legal or police proceedings of any kind whatsoever. As part of your contract with us and inclusive in our 1% fee will be two price changes only. For example if your vehicle doesnt sell initially and you wish to reduce the asking price, then that can only happen twice within your contract, any other further changes can, and will, only be made at the discretion of PowersportsWA. We will keep your advert on our site for upto three months, at which time it will be removed if the vehicle remains unsold.

PowersportsWA will endeavour to forward all queries to the owner/seller of the vehicle within 48 hours. All photographs must be supplied in either jpg psd or gif format and should be 400 x 300 pixels for the main display picture and 101 x 71 pixels for the thumbnail picture. All vehicles should be supplied with a valid vin (vehicle identification number) PowersportsWA reserves the right to refuse any submission without reason or prejudice.

*Please note it isnt cost effective for us to advertise any quad on our site with an asking price below $3000.00 Consequently our minimum asking price is $3000.00 no quads will be advertised, or accepted by us, with an asking price below this figure.*

If any of these Terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms are intended to be effective, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause. All other Terms of Use and Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.
